Patio doors lead onto the balcony where you will find a dining area for 4 people and 2 loungers, as you are relaxing in the sunshine you have a wonderful sea view to enjoy.

The kitchen leads on from the lounge where you will find everything you need should you want to cook in the apartment, hob & oven, fridge freezer and washing machine in the utility room.

Leading off from the lounge you will find the main bedroom with a double bed with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

In the bathroom you have a bath and shower.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

There are stairs leading upstairs where you will find a further private terrace which also has an outdoor sofa set so you can hide away and bask in the sunshine.

The communal pool is a 5 minute walk from this property.

There is a supermarket approx 1km away where you will also find a few bars and restaurants, and just round the corner from here you will find another commercial centre with further bars and restaurants.

Cabo Roig Strip is not far away where you will find an array of bars and restaurants so you should find something the you like from pub grub to a Michelin Star chef, this area is open late into the night should you not be an early riser.

Cabo Roig Beach is approximately a 5 minute drive where you will find a beach bar restaurant. Most of the beaches in the area offer beach bars, sun lounger and toilets so you can enjoy trying them all out and finding the best one for you.

La Zenia Boulevard offers you a shoppers paradise where you can shop till you drop and then maybe stop for a bite to eat in the dedicated foodhall or a snack at a tapas bar in the center. Zenia Boulevard is open from 10.00am in the morning until late at night, the day and evening experiences are quite different but equally as good.

There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Campoamor which is a short drive away away or Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Villamartin and La Finca which are all within a 15 minute drive. Why not take out the hassle of bringing your golf clubs and just use one of the local hire companies for quality clubs. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday.

A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
