2 bedroom, 2 bathroom refurbished ground floor apartment, fantastic outdoor space with its own pool which can be heated for those chilly months for a small charge. This property gives you a spacious lounge with air conditioning, English TV and Wi-Fi. Should you choose to dine at the apartment the kitchen has everything you need to do this. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a double bed, there is a modern bathroom next to this bedroom. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds and again has a modern bathroom adjacent. At the front of this property you have a lovely porch area where you can sit and bask in the sun if it is a little chilly outside.

The outside space this property gives you is above and beyond most properties in the area, at the front of the property you will find the private pool, the pool can be heated at a cost of €150 per week but must be pre-booked as it takes a couple of days to heat. There are loungers to enjoy the summer sun, then to the side of the property there is an outdoor dining area with a built in BBQ and sink. A further part of the garden can be found at back of the property where you will find a gas BBQ. This property allows you to chase the sun out of season and hide from it when you need to in peak season.

The local supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk, you will find local bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the property.

There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Camp de Golf Villamartin, which is a 5 minute drive or Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and La Finca which are all within a 20 minute drive. Why not take out the hastle of bringing your golf clubs and just use one of the local hire companies that charge from €7 per day for quality clubs. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday.

La Zenia beach is approximately a 10 minute drive where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. At Mil Palmeras they have inflatables in the sea.

Zenia Boulevard offers you a shoppers’ paradise where you can shop until you drop and then maybe stop for a bite to eat in the dedicated food hall or a snack at a tapas bar in the centre. Zenia Boulevard is open from 10.00 in the morning until 10.00 at night, the day and evening experiences are quite different but equally as good.

Fees and Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
Pool heating is charged cash on arrival at 27€ per day. Must be prebooked.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
