This is our completely remodeled apartment in a great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and the sea. Located on the ground floor in a gated complex with two big terraces, one on the entrance side (facing north), and the biggest one overlooking the surrounding garden and pool area (facing south).

THE APARTMENT

A remodeled kitchen with modern equipment, that opens up to a light living room with a 55”-flat screen TV, a dining table for six persons and a comfortable sofa bed for two people. Two bedrooms with luxury mattresses and two full baths, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub/shower and laundry machine.

The living room opens up out to the terrace facing the inner yard of the complex. First you have a balcony with a lounge group with a sofa and two chairs, then a dining table for six people and also sun beds for those who prefer that. The terrace is facing straight south which means sunshine all day long. If it gets to warm you can always make use of the parasol that gives you comforting shade, especially in those summer moths, or you can enjoy being outside on the north facing terrace were its shade most of the day.

The apartment also has a burglar alarm, two AC-units, ceiling fans in every room, fibre-wifi, an extra big flat screen-TV in the master bedroom, Smart-TV with radio, PS3, lots of movies, washing machine, hair dryer, hair straightener, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, citrus press, dishwasher, bed linen and towels supplied, etc etc.

LOCATION

Within a 5 minute walk you have three grocery stores to chose from, one of them with lots of Scandinavian and British food.

Within walking distance you have a big variety of shops and restaurants to visit, everything from Indian to Asian food and also Spanish tapas and buffet.

Nearby you also have a big play park with go-carts and bouncing carpets or why not play some mini golf with family or friends? Here are also a public park were you can play soccer, tennis or basketball.

The community pool has a child section that is divided from the bigger pool. If you are more of a beach person you are not out of luck! The ocean is not more than 1,5 km walk away and within a 5-10 minute drive you can reach 10+ beaches and coves to enjoy. Just find your personal favourite and you are all set!

If you like shopping you are also in a perfect spot. 3 km away you will find Zenia Boulevard with about 150 shops with everything you can wish for and several good restaurants. There is also a lot of weekly markets in the area if that is something you enjoy.

If you like to play golf, you also have 4-5 courses within 4-km radius. And if you like to be active on your vacation we can offer bicycle rental upon request.

Everything is included in the price (wifi, tv-channels, electric, water, bed linen, towels etc.) except for a final cleaning fee of 60€ that is paid to the property manager when getting the key.

Fees & Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
Airport, golf and local picks ups can be arranged if you do not wish to hire a car.
Nursery hire is available but must be pre-booked.
A grocery shop can be organised for your arrival so that you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute, a list should be supplied within 48 hours of your arrival the cost would be €20 plus the shopping bill.
