The front terrace will give you the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast watching the sun rise should you be up early enough. The main entrance leads into the lounge where you will find a dining area and sofa with wi-fi, English TV, CD/DVD Player and air conditioning throughout. Should the weather not be good or you just want to chill this is the perfect place to do it. The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with oven/hob, Microwave, and a fitted kitchen, you will find all of the utensils you need should you wish to dine in on your holiday. A 7 minute drive and you will be at one of the many blue flag beaches in the area, most of the beaches have beach bars with sun loungers and parasols should you want to spend the day at the beach. Many of the beaches now offer live entertainment throughout peak season. The beaches come in all shapes and sizes so you will be sure to find one that suit you.

This area is surrounded by beautiful golf courses, the closest is Villamartin which is about a 5 minute walk from the property. A short drive away you will find Las Ramblas, Las Colinas Campoamor and many more golf courses should you want to go further afield. All of the golf courses can be booked prior to your visit should you want to ensure you get the course and the time to suit you.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. At Mil Palmeras they have inflatable’s in the sea.

Zenia Boulevard offers you a shoppers’ paradise where you can shop until you drop and then maybe stop for a bite to eat in the dedicated food hall or a snack at a tapas bar in the centre. Zenia Boulevard is open from 10.00 in the morning until 10.00 at night, the day and evening experiences are quite different but equally as good.

Fees and Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
