Welcome to Casa Playa – our penthouse with spectacular views over La Zenia and the Mediterranean Sea.
It has three bedrooms, two toilets and two separate shower rooms, American style kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room / living room and a huge roof terrace. It also features a gated parking space.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you if you want to do your own cooking. You have about 500 meters to the nearest supermarket (Consum), and 900 m to Zenia Boulevard (one of Spain’s largest shopping malls) and 3-4 famous golf courses within a few minutes drive.
The apartment features two TVs, Playstation, bluetooth speaker, a big sofa that folds out to a queen size bed, one master bedroom with a Tempur matress bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. It also has three AC’s for cooling and heating.
From the staircase of the front door, you reach the upper floor which hosts a third room with a good quality sofa bed (140×200), TV and a Bluetooth speaker, shower + toilet and an almost 100m2 solarium.
On the solarium you will find a dining table seating 8 people, sun beds, a lounge area, an outdoor shower, a full outside kitchen, bbq and not to mention the breathtaking panoramic views. If you prefer a swimming pool you have the opportunity to buy day passes for pool and sunbeds nearby.

You have everything you need just on your doorstep. Everything(water, electricity, wifi, bed linen, towels etc.) is included in the rental price, except for a final clean to be paid cash 90 euros on arrival.

Arrivals are from 2.00pm and departures by 10.00am.
Out of hours arrival and departure fees may apply
– €15 between 8.00pm – 10.00pm and €25 if later
– €15 will be charged for departures before 8.00am
€200 will secure a reservation
€150 damage deposit will be collected with the final payment and refunded 7 days after departure.
