This lovely two bedroom ground floor apartment is situated within a few minutes walk of Cabo Roig’s restaurants and bars and is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Cabo Roig beach.

The comfortable open plan lounge diner has everything you need to relax and watch a little English T.V. or take advantage of the free Wi-Fi provided. The front terrace catches the evening sun and is just right for drinks before dinnner. The rear garden is an ideal place to breakfast or dine alfresco during the summer evenings.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second has twin beds which can be made into a double if required. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and drawer space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook in.
To the rear of this is a small laundry area leading to the garden.

The gated communal pool is within a minute of the apartment.

There are many lovely breaches in the area with good facilities such as bars, sun loungers and toilets. Some have pedalos and inflatables for hire.

There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Las Ramblas and Real De Campoamor, not much further away you will find Campo de Golf Villamartin, Las Colinas and La Finca which are all a short drive away.  Why not take the hastle of brining your own golf clubs and just use on the of the local hire companies.  Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday.

Cabo Roig Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away where you will find a beach bar, sun loungers and toilets.  Most of the beaches have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.  At Mil Palmeras they have inflatables in the sea.

Fees and Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
