Located in the quiet Las Violetas, Villamartin urbanisation, this property is just a short 5-minute walk to the bustling Villamartin Plaza, a mere 5-minute walk to the Villamartin Golf course and just a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach at La Zenia. This traditional style, contemporary furnished Villa sleeps 6 persons comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned throughout including all bedrooms.
Casa de Cremlach is the perfect holiday rental property for families, golfing parties, or couples looking for a retreat with all the home comforts in a self-contained open plan living space. There’s even a small practice putting area for budding golfers or just family fun. The property is also ‘Wheelchair Friendly’ with obstruction free access throughout the ground floor space and bathrooms with wide, lightly sloping access ramps to all outdoor areas. The Villa has an open plan entrance hall, lounge, dining room and kitchen areas. There’s also easy access ramps to the pool area and front veranda for open air dining. The Villa is also equipped with an infant travel cot, stroller, highchair, a car seat for your use and indoor and outdoor child seating for the young.
The Villa has a modern, fully equipped dark oak shaker-style kitchen with stainless steel accents. It has a dual fuel (electric and natural gas) double oven with a 5-burner gas hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, microwave oven, integrated fridge-freezer, ice-maker and coffeemaker. It also has a 5-stage ‘pure’ water filtration system for on demand fresh drinking water, so no need to buy any expensive bottled water!
This property also features a wide range of items for your convenience, your safety, and your entertainment. These include FREE to use high speed full-fibre broadband and high speed wi-fi throughout the property and grounds, as well as wireless printer access. There are two large screen Smart TV’s (lounge and ground floor bedroom 1) both with 50+ English language TV channels. There’s also a PlayStation game console with popular games and a DVD player with more than 100 DVDs. For your entertainment, there are loads of board games for family fun and books to read as well as two portable Bluetooth connected music speakers for your relaxation. There’s also a variety of inflatable toys and buoyancy aids for use in the pool.
The property has several outdoor seating and relaxation areas which allows you to the follow the sun throughout the day and early evening. The well maintained and regularly cleaned private pool is south facing with sun-loungers and outdoor seating. For those sun-worshippers who prefer more privacy, there’s also a large open-air solarium on the first-floor deck with table and chairs and sun-loungers.
For your safety and security, the immaculately maintained gardens and pool area are surrounded by high-walled balustrades and lockable gates. All doors and windows are covered by ornate window bars. The property has a monitored and attended intruder alarm for your security. There is also a safe for your valuables. There is a car port with 2.7m height and 7m length to keep even the largest vehicles out of the sun and accessed by key fob operated automatic gates.
Casa de Cremlach and its surroundings offer a fantastic holiday opportunity for families with children, adults only, couples or golfing parties. As well as a private pool, you’ll have access to two communal pools within 300 metres of the property. Further afield there are water parks, theme parks and host of other activities both locally and closer to the beach which is only a 10-minute car journey away.
The property is conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk to the wonderful Villamartin Plaza which has a vast range of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets. There’s also a supermarket for your everyday provisions (including freshly baked bread and BBQ meats daily), banking facilities and ATMs, and a pharmacy nearby.
Golfers: The property is ideally situated for golfers with 6 or 7 golf courses located within a few kilometres. Villamartin is the most established course and just a 5-minute walk from the Villa. Others local courses being Lo Romero, Las Colinas, Campoamor, La Finca and Las Ramblas all being within a 15-minute car journey away. The hosts are keen golfers and happy to assist with making recommendations or assisting with golfing itineraries.
Beaches: Most of the local beaches are ‘Blue Flag’, which means that their cleanliness and water condition are regularly monitored and kept up to a very high standard. The nearest beach is at La Zenia, this is a nice mix of a lovely soft sandy beach with loungers and sunshades to hire, a beach bar for cold beers and snacks, rock pools for the kids to explore, a lifeguard station and a bar/restaurant overlooking all. There are quite a few other seaside areas within a 15-minute drive ranging from small rocky coves to a marina and restaurants at Cabo Roig. Immediately to the North of Torrevieja Town, which has a very large marina and two beaches, is Guardamar. This is the beginning of more than ten miles of wide flat sandy beach that seems to go all the way to Alicante.
Shopping: There are several places to shop within a few kilometres. From daily markets, where you can not only pick up a bargain or buy the wonderful organic local produce, to the wonderful boutique shopping at La Zenia Boulevard which open just a few years ago. The American style open-air ‘boulevard’ is just a short drive from the property has over 150 quality named stores, including Zara and Decathlon (sports) to name but a few.

A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
